Job Scope

1. Solution Development & Sales Support (Primary Focus)

· Work alongside the sales and product teams to design and present technical solutions that meet customer needs.

· Support pre-sales activities such as technical discussions, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) testing during customer engagement phase.

· Translate customer requirements into clear technical proposals and solution configurations.

· Participate in customer meetings to understand their challenges and position our solutions effectively.

· Gather and relay customer feedback to internal product teams.

· Build demo environments and prepare technical materials to support the sales process.

· Support customer onboarding and post-sales technical implementation to ensure a smooth experience.

2. Service Delivery & Operations (Supporting Role)

· Set up, configure, and monitor service delivery as needed

· Provide technical support during service delivery operations, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction

· Document technical configurations, best practices and operational procedures.
