1. Project Management &amp; Execution- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.- Track project progress, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.- Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partners throughout the project lifecycle.- Ensure scope control and prevent scope creep.- Align product readiness and functionality with project scope.- Validate customer expectations on workflows and functionalities against product capabilities.2. About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our SaaS product engineering team. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will take ownership of core product development, critical production support, and DevOps improvements. This role requires extensive SAAS platform development and production support experiences, strong troubleshooting ability, and awareness of SaaS best practices including security and compliance (ISO27001). You will play a key role in implementing the technical roadmap and mentoring junior developers.Key Responsibilities● Lead end-to-end development and quality control of new features and enhancements of the SAAS platform (front-end + back-end), and integration with IoT devices with APIs.● Provide extensive production support for a mission-critical SaaS platform.● Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, performance issues, and outages in real time.● Design and maintain REST APIs, IoT integrations, and GenAI features.● Develop new and update existing Web user interfaces of the SAAS platform.● Contribute to DevOps tasks: deployments, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), Helm chart management, Kubernetes and Azure Cloud operations.● Support reporting generation using Microsoft Power BI.● Work closely with CTO on system architecture, security controls, and compliance practices (ISO27001, SaaS security).● Maintain documentation, coding standards, and enforce best practices.● Mentor and support junior developers.
