Designed for graduating students, first-time job seekers, and young working adults, the Career Mentorship Programme provides the support and guidance needed to navigate today’s evolving career landscape.
With a network of over 1,500 volunteer Career Mentors, NTUC Youth offers access to professionals across 23 diverse industries and functions—including Banking & Finance, Media and Communications, Infocom technology, Social Policy, Engineering, and more.

The programme features interactive, in-person Human Library sessions, which may be industry-specific or open to a general audience. After attending a Human Library session, participants can apply for a 4-month mentorship programme to continue their development with more structured and personalised guidance.
